This page contains forms for you to give me instructions for various types of legal work.

There is no better way to instruct your lawyer than "face-to-face". However, if you are in a remote location, or if you are disabled or otherwise unable to come to my office, this may be an effective means of instructing me.

Please appreciate that, in some instances it will be important for me to confirm the source of the instructions and, in others, personally to supervise the signature of some documents. I reserve the right to decline to act on instructions received through this site if I have any legal or ethical concerns about those instructions.
